The staff were helpful and very hospitable, they made me feel welcome. The check in was fast and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and modernity of the rooms at Tempo. The standard suite we stayed in had a large bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. We especially appreciated having a laundry machine and a scale inside the room. It was like having a home away from home.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room was nicely furnished and large with kitchenette as well as 3 single beds, liked our time there. We had a very special stay at this very good business hotel.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, close to many attractions, it's a plus.

The location of the hotel is nice, not far from “ girly bars ” which operate at night as well as the sea. Konak district won't disappoint you. The property offers a nice size, brilliant rooms with dining area, coffee, tea. There is a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

During my Thanksgiving stay, the apartment was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed having access to a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. As for location, it was easily accessible by public transportation and there were nearby shops within walking distance.

The area surrounding the hotel was noisy at night, making it difficult to fall asleep. the parking situation was tight and made it challenging to find a spot for my car.

The equipments in the room are good. There are also washing machine and kitchen. Hotel staff are very kind that they help us to make reservation online.

Friendly and helpful management, ready to offer directions / travel advice for the city. Apartment well furnished and in good condition.Good seating to read/relax.Easy access to public transport/taxis.

A cafetiere/filter pot would be a useful addition to the kitchen.

The hotel's location was handy, in a good neighborhood with a shopping area and a bazaar within walking distance. Had tea and goodies at Starbucks Alsancak, nestled 1 mi of the property. The breakfast was complimentary, the drinks were soft.

The breakfast was decent and free. Staff was nice and helpful when we had an issue with the room.

The location was awful and made it difficult to enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation. the noise from the street was unbearable, even with the windows closed.

After 2 and a half weeks in Turkey The Residence Comfort took my breath away with the value for money we got from our room. My husband and I were upgraded from standard room to a suite free of charge and it was greta to be able to just kick back and on a living room couch after a hectic travel schedule. We enjoyed our room so much, we almost didn't come out! Will definitely recommend and stay in it again.

The website advertised washing facilities but the room showed no sign on self service laundry. Instead the hotel offered this service (at a charge)

Comfort and services/facilities

The breakfeast is without fruits and/or sweets, as well no diverse breakfeast for people that stay several days. There is no iron as is written on description of hotel services. Also slow internet made me crazy. I would recommend satelite TV which is a neccessity for international guests that do not speak Turkish.

The staff were helpful and polite, assisting with taxis and directions. The apartments were well equipped with a washing machine. Breakfast was delivered to our door, with options to choose from. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, as shown in pictures. Mehmet provided great recommendations and booked rental cars.

Not obvious to find.

Comfort of the room, free internet access, breakfast at room. Good conection to the airport (30 TL) and city centar with taxi (6 TL).

Hotel location is not so nice place. Environment not for walking during the night time.
